Website Wednesday – Resource to See if Your Website Meets Google’s Mobile Standards

Want to know if your website is going to meet Google’s mobile website standards for when Google changes their priorities to further reward mobile friendly websites?

Google provides a website resource for you to test your website on mobile devices (at least according to Google standards):

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/

Please keep in mind if you do have a separate mobile website you need to enter the web address for the mobile specific version of your website. If you have static or responsive design simply use your standard website address (URL).

This resource website from Google has some helpful analysis to either make changes or to share with your webmaster to help improve your results for smartphone searches through Google.

Google has already warned that it is not long before they change their algorithm to reward those sites that do better if they meet the criteria detailed in their analysis from this website resource.
